Beyond the label

The red blends of Bordeaux are arguably the world’s most famous wines. Then, there’s the region’s cult whites like Pavillon de Margaux, which goes for $300+ per bottle.

Amazingly enough, there’s never been a collectible Bordeaux rosé of the same caliber…until now.

Château La Clarière is renowned for its quality-obsessed approach (they’ve won France’s top wine prize, the Prix d’Excellence two times). The flagship red rivals the quality of Saint-Émilion’s Cru Classé reds. Their rosé is even rarer and goes toe-to-toe with the world’s finest pinks. The team handpicks perfectly ripe Cabernet Franc and Merlot, then uses a short, cool maceration for a vibrant pink hue, plus delicate citrus and summer berry flavors.

You could go for the big brands from Provence (Château Miraval makes 200,000 cases, Whispering Angel makes over 1 million per year, and both cost over $25). Or, for just a few dollars more, you could impress your guests with this artisanal rarity.

This is likely to sell out fast…early orders encouraged.
