Beyond the label

They say you can’t judge a book by its cover. But, in this case, you can judge a wine by its label. The name says it all—The Creamery is a luscious, smooth Chardonnay that every fan of full-bodied whites needs to taste.

The grapes for The Creamery hail from California’s under-the-radar Dunnigan Hills region. Located in the northern part of the Central Valley, Dunnigan Hills benefits from a Mediterranean climate, with warm days that ripen grapes to perfection and chilly nights that preserve vibrancy. Light, cool winds from the Sacramento Delta also help lock in freshness. In short, Dunnigan Hills is an ideal spot for viticulture—especially in a fantastic vintage like 2019. (Fun fact: UC Davis, which has one of the world’s top winemaking programs, is located only a short drive away!)

You can probably already guess what The Creamery tastes like, but here’s our California expert’s notes: “This Chardonnay is all about ripe yellow fruits (peach, apple and pear), plus hints of toasty vanilla biscuit. Creamy and silky, yet still elegant, it’s lovely to sip lightly chilled—on its own or with food. Go for flavorful matches like grilled chicken, buttery lobster or white-sauced pastas.”

If you prefer a richer, smoother style of Chardonnay, then you simply must try The Creamery. Order your share today.

Please note this is a half bottle (375ml).
