Collezione di Paolo Chianti is a medium-bodied red wine with aromas of blackberry, black cherry and hints of violet. On the palate, look for fresh cranberry and tangy cherry along with firm, pleasing tannins and a smooth, harmonious finish.

Benedictus is a medium- to full-bodied red wine with aromas of blackberry jam, cherries and plums, plus a spicy tobacco note. Look for the same flavors on the palate. A deep, velvety core introduces the lingering, complex finish.

Red meats (i.e. game, lamb), charcuterie, vegetarian stews, turkey, pork.

The Vale is a medium- to full-bodied red wine with rich black fruit aromas, accented by classic hints of mint and eucalyptus. Bold and sumptuous, the palate offers more black-fruit flavors, smooth tannins and a long, complex finish.
